Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to required accounts, and cooperation needed to deliver our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any customer data used in review or messaging campaigns and for complying with applicable laws, including anti-spam and privacy regulations.
Payments & Billing
Monthly packages are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or terminate services for overdue accounts after reasonable notice.
Reviews & Reputation Management
We help facilitate legitimate review requests from your customers. We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews, star ratings, search rankings, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, location, and customer experience.
Intellectual Property
Our website content, branding, tools, and proprietary processes remain our property. You retain ownership of your business content and grant us a limited license to use it solely to perform services for you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Remote Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms of your service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred through the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated in writing.
